Astronomical sales have resulted in a budget surplus, which NUCA is plunging back into the network \u00e2\u20ac\u201c NUCA now invites entries for the 2004 UNCO GRANTS!<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\"><font color=\"#006600\"><font color=\"#cc0000\">From a pool of $2000, the 2004 UNCO GRANTS will be awarded to artists proposing worthy UnCollectable projects.
